After discovery, you receive a written proposal with the scope, delivery stages, timeline and commercial terms. Pricing reflects your project’s requirements.

### How are project timelines agreed?

We agree delivery dates and review points with you based on the scope and priorities, and record them in the proposal. Any changes are discussed and agreed together.

### Who owns the code?

You own the code from the first commit, with intellectual property assigned in the contract. Your repository, accounts and infrastructure remain yours.

### Do you work with clients outside Serbia?

Yes. We work primarily with clients in the EU, UK and Switzerland, collaborating remotely in English.

### Can you take over a project someone else started?

Yes, where the system can be taken forward. We start with a technical audit and a written recommendation to improve or rebuild it, yours whether or not you continue with us.

### What happens after launch?

We offer monthly support covering updates, monitoring, backups and small improvements, with agreed response times.
